Overview Planning permission was granted in February 2010 for 13 detached Homes, 6 affordable homes, while also retaining the existing farm house within the scheme. The site was subsequently sold to a house builder who is now on site.

The remaining agricultural land is being promoted through the Local Development Framework for future residential development.
