Overview
A former chemical manufacturing facility located in the Aire Valley close to the highly regarded area of Horsforth. The site comprises of a selection of industrial buildings of varying ages, offices, laboratories and ancillary space extending to over 415,000 sq ft (38,611 sq m).

Harrow Estates acquired this property from Clariant UK in September 2009.

Harrow Estates are now promoting the re-development of the site for residential purposes having recently undertaken a number of public consultations in the area in order to understand the local resident’s thoughts and ideas for taking proposals forward.

Pre application consultation is on going with the local planning authority with the emphasis on Highways and sustainability.

Special Issues
Due to the industrial nature of the property and its use for chemical production detailed technical investigations are ongoing in order to finalise a strategy in dealing with any environmental matters or contamination that might require remedial works.
In the meantime Harrow Estates are pleased to confirm that the local football and cricket teams will continue to use the pavilion and sports facilities for the foreseeable future and recognise the importance of maintaining this community facility.
