  Steve Morgan OBE

  Chairman Founder and Chairman of Redrow plc, Harrow Estates and Chairman of the Bridgemere Group of companies, Steve has made a significant contribution to the construction industry in the last 35 years and was awarded an OBE for his services in 1992.

  Jennie Daly

  Managing Director Jennie, a founding member of the company and MD since 2009 leads the Harrow teams and ensures that projects remain focused on being deliverable, buildable and viable in changing market circumstances. With a background in planning Jennie also ensures that added value is achieved through the entire planning and development process.

  Mike Riding

  DirectorA founding Director of Harrow Estates in 2001, Mike left the company in 2008, re-joining the Board in 2012. With over 30 years of experience in development, and with particular expertise in regeneration, Mike’s role is focused on driving forward land acquisition throughout the UK and building partnerships across all sectors.

  Mark Nicholls

  Technical Director A Civil Engineer, Mark has been leading his team at Harrow since 2005, specialising in the technical management and delivery of demolition, remediation and infra-structure provision of large, complex sites.

  Vincent Fairclough

  Legal Director Vincent joined Harrow in 2004 to head up our Legal team having acted for the company since its early beginnings. Vincent has 40 years of industry and private practice experience in the field of residential and commercial property law.
