Planning Resolution received for additional land at Cadishead, Salford

Building on the successful planning consent for 350 dwellings on the former Clariant Site at Cadishead in Salford, Harrow Estates is pleased to announce it has secured a resolution to grant planning permission for the development of an additional 42 dwellings on an adjoining area of land. This brings the total site capacity to 392 dwellings on the 17 acre site.

Mike Riding MD of Harrow Estates said: “In buying more land at Cadishead we have been able to make an important addition to our existing proposals. This will now enable us to bring forward a larger site for comprehensive residential development enabling the regeneration of a prominent former industrial area along the Manchester Ship Canal.” 

Engineering operations to prepare the site for development are nearing completion and in due course the land will be marketed for sale.
