Proposals for the redevelopment of the former Tarmac recycling plant on Sandy Lane, Clayton-le-Woods
Following public consultation carried out in Clayton-le-Woods earlier this year, Harrow Estates has now submitted an outline planning application to Chorley Borough Council. This is for around 100 homes on the former Tarmac recycling plant on Sandy Lane in Clayton-le-Woods.
A public exhibition held at Westwood Primary School in June gave members of the community the opportunity to find out more about the plans, and enabled us to gather valuable feedback on the proposals.
The feedback at the exhibition was largely positive and we received many helpful comments and suggestions. We have carefully considered all of these comments and, where appropriate and feasible, have made changes to the proposals.
The information sheet below provides a summary of the feedback and explains Harrow Estates’ response and the changes that have been made.
