Although much of our work improves the environment, from an operational perspective, we seek to minimise activities that have a negative impact. While recognising that our activities extend to the partners we work with, we strive to ensure that our policy is recognised, implemented and best practice employed wherever possible.

To achieve this we will:

• Comply with and exceed where possible, current environmental legislation, statutory requirements and approved codes of practice
• Implement techniques and systems to continuously improve our performance
• Extend our policy to the partners we work with
• Engage with key stakeholders within the environmental arena
• Monitor performance of our key indicators on a regular basis
