New Development Surveyor for Harrow

Julian Hamer joins Harrow Estates to help deliver the company’s expanding acquisition programme

Regeneration specialist and master-developer Harrow Estates, part of the Bridgemere Group, has recruited Julian Hamer as a Development Surveyor. Julian will be responsible for identifying and securing the purchase of land and property assets in the UK which are ripe for redevelopment. 

Working closely with the existing acquisition team, Julian brings considerable experience from a commercial and residential business background, latterly as head of a north-west based agency firm. 

Julian Hamer commented, "It is an exciting time to be purchasing sites as Harrow has substantial funds available. I am very much looking forward to working with landowners and agents to source new brownfield and greenfield investment opportunities."
