2011 RoSPA Health & Safety Awards

2011 RoSPA Health & Safety Awards
We are pleased to announce that the Redrow Group has been awarded the RosPa Gold medal Award for Occupational Health and Safety for 2011; this follows on from our First Gold medal last year.

This is the sixth Gold Awards that Redrow’s submission has received from RoSPA.

The industry acknowledges that the RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Award is the most prestigious and once again this reflects the enormous work undertaken in improving health & safety.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), a safety charity, launched its awards programme 55 years ago. The scheme looks not only at accident records, but also entrants’ overarching health and safety management systems, including important practices such as strong leadership and workforce involvement.

David Rawlins, RoSPA’s award manager, “RoSPA firmly believe that organisations that have demonstrated their commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill heath prevention deserve recognition. Redrow has shown that its committed to striving for such continuous improvement and we are delighted to honour it through the presentation of the award”
