First phase of Woodford Garden Village launched

Redrow founder and Chairman Steve Morgan has today launched the opening of the first phase of Woodford Garden Village in Stockport.

Harrow Estates secured planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Woodford Aerodrome site and the delivery of Woodford Garden Village in January 2015.  This included a first detailed phase of 145 Redrow homes and outline proposals for the remaining 775 homes and ancillary uses.

Harrow Estates has since coordinated the demolition and remediation works required to release this first phase and is continuing to prepare the wider site for its phased redevelopment.
