Harrow Consults the Community in Hartford
Harrow Estates held a public consultation for local residents to review the initial plans for a new residential development at land to the east of School Lane, Hartford. The event was held at the Main Hall of Mid Cheshire College, Chester Road, Hartford between 3-8pm on Thursday 22nd September 2011. Harrow Estates were on hand to greet residents, explain the proposals and answer any questions arising.
Tim Noden, Planning Manager at Harrow Estates, said “Harrow Estates’ plans for the land to the east of School Lane would deliver a high quality residential development of up to 400 homes and represent a significant investment helping to meet the critical need for family homes in the Borough. As part of the proposals we are including significant areas of publically accessible green space adjacent to the River Weaver.
Harrow Estates are committed to engaging with local communities . Well over 250 people attended our public exhibition in Hartford today, to view our proposals and provide us with their views. We will now consider their comments which will help us to refine the proposals.”
The information boards shown are available on Harrow Estates’ website in the Public Consultation section, together with a questionnaire to enable the public to feed back their comments regarding the proposals.
