Land sale to Centrica UK

Harrow Estates, acting for themselves, and JV Partners Aviva Investors have sold approximately 11 acres of Greenbelt land in Windsor on the banks of the River Thames neighbouring the UK headquarters of Centrica UK.

The land, which Centrica UK currently lease, is the residue of a larger site developed by the JV Partnership for Centrica, 1 acre of which is used as a temporary car park. Development Director of Harrow Estates, Adrian Lewis, said “We are delighted to complete this transaction with Centrica, which brings to an end our involvement on this award winning and prestigious scheme”.
