Former Vencel Resil site, Whitecroft, Forest of Dean

Harrow Estates is proposing a residential redevelopment scheme for Vencel Resil, a former polystyrene works on the southern edge of Whitecroft in the Forest of Dean.

The development proposals offer an opportunity to regenerate the site which has stood empty for the past two years. Redevelopment will bring important environmental improvements and positive benefits to Whitecroft as a whole, including the provision of much needed affordable homes.

A public exhibition was held at the Whitecroft Memorial Hall on Thursday 19th January 2012 which provided an opportunity to discuss the proposals with the local community and gain valuable comments and views.
