Grange Farm, Hartford, Cheshire

On the 18 July 2011, Harrow Estates undertook a public consultation regarding its proposals for residential development at Grange Farm, Hartford. The exhibition boards are available to the right along with a feedback questionnaire that can be returned to: Paul Boyfield, Lexington Communications, Barnett House, 53 Fountain Street, Manchester M2 2AN.

As a result of consultation feedback from officers and the local community revisions have been made to the submitted application. The revised first phase incorporates amendments to the access, the number of units has increased from 42 to 60 in order to accommodate affordable units and there have been individual plot changes to address design comments. An indication of the design and layout of the proposed car park has also been submitted to show the type of materials and landscaping proposed.
