Plans for the redevelopment of the former Aggregate Industries site were submitted to Cotswold District Council on the 16th of September 2010. The proposals include modifications which have been informed by the verbal and written feedback received following the Public Exhibition held on the 26th of May 2010. A leaflet outlining the way in which the proposals have evolved following the consultation has also been issued to local residents.

Once the planning application has been registered by Cotswold District Council it will be assigned an application reference. Details of the documents that make up the application submission and information on how to make further comments on the scheme will be made available on the Council’s website www.cotswold.gov.uk

Following submission of the planning application proposals for the site’s residential redevelopment (planning application ref: 10/03916/OUT), a further public exhibition was held in February 2011. The exhibition sought to give the local community an opportunity to consider potential amendments to the development scheme in response to the issues raised during the planning application consultation process.
