Public consultation for residential redevelopment on part of the former Sudbrook Paper Mill, Monmouthshire
Harrow Estates is proposing residential redevelopment on part of the former Sudbrook Paper Mill, Sudbrook, Monmouthshire.
The development proposals offer an opportunity to regenerate a brownfield industrial site in an area where housing need is requiring the release of greenfield sites. Redevelopment will bring important environmental improvements to the setting of the village, an adjacent Scheduled Ancient Monument and its Severn Estuary and landscape setting.
A public exhibition was held at the Sudbrook Non-Political Club on Monday 13th February 2012 which provided an opportunity to discuss the proposals with the local community and gain valuable comments and views.
The information displayed at the public exhibition and the opportunity to comment is available by clicking on the links on this page.
Following the site's allocation for residential development in Monmouthshire County Council's 2014 Local Development Plan, detailed plans have now been prepared for the redevelopment of the former Sudbrook Paper Mill site.
