Each scheme we create necessitates a unique approach and we work hard with local councils, community and neighbour groups to achieve a workable solution to the benefit of all parties. This approach creates improved communities, provides facilities for new employment and homes and the infrastructure needed to support it.

There are many examples of how our work has helped create a better environment. For instance, at our Blackely site we restored an industrial canalised river to a natural riverbank setting allowing wildlife to flourish. Allowing for future provision for a riverside walkway will provide an additional benefit of the local community. At our Cadishead site, the demolition of unsightly chemical storage tanks and working alongside Salford City Council facilitated the development of the much needed A57 bypass link.
