Property activity

In addition to Harrow, Bridgemere is actively engaged in a wide range of property and construction projects and works with local partners throughout Europe.

Its current development sites will provide around 16,000 new dwellings and around 1 million sq ft of office and retail, with a gross development value in excess of €3 billion.

Leisure activity

Bridgemere has considerable investments in the leisure sector including interests in hotels, retail and football.

Carden Park Hotel has been bought back into the company's ownership and continues to be one of the leading hotel, golf & leisure resorts in England. More recently Bridgemere has concluded the purchase of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.
