This derelict farm house and 38 acres of associated land was considered to offer an excellent development opportunity centrally located within the heart of the highly regarded mid-Cheshire village of Hartford.

• Outline planning permission for up to 300 homes and full permission for 56 of these homes was granted on appeal in December 2013.
