Having founded Redrow in 1974 aged 21, Steve grew Redrow from a small civil engineering contractor to become one of the UK’s largest home builders.
Steve floated the Company in 1994 before eventually stepping down as Chairman in November 2000. He returned to the helm in April 2009 having rebuilt his stake in the business. Steve is also Chairman of Harrow Estates and the Bridgemere Group of companies.
In 2001 he set up his own charity The Morgan Foundation and having donated in excess of £230m to date, the charity is now one of the largest in the UK.
Steve is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and holds five Honorary Degrees/Doctorates. He was awarded the OBE in 1992 for services to the industry and the CBE in 2016 for services to philanthropy.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in development and particular expertise in regeneration. His role is focused on driving forward land acquisition throughout the UK and building partnerships across all sectors.
A Civil Engineer, Mark has been leading his team at Harrow since 2005, specialising in the technical management and delivery of demolition, remediation and infrastructure provision of large, complex sites.
Peter joined Harrow in 2015 as Legal Director and is responsible for all legal aspects of the business, specialising in development acquisitions and disposals. Peter’s experience spans both private practice and in-house for national housebuilders.
An experienced Chartered Town Planner, Tim has been part of the planning team at Harrow since 2008, specialising in the delivery of complex large scale residential and mixed use consents.
