How We Work

We engage with local stakeholders, residents, regulatory bodies and other interested parties. We communicate our proposals, listen to feedback and update and review our proposals where appropriate.

By understanding and appreciating all the relevant issues, Harrow Estates can be sure that its work results in maximum benefit to the community and environment, whilst causing the least disruption and inconvenience.

Health & Safety

Health & Safety

Complex, contaminated and technically challenging sites demand equally complex health and safety considerations - not only for those working on site, but also for neighbours and those living in the local community. As Harrow Estates has extensive experience in dealing with such challenges, so the company will always abide by the highest standards of planning and protection.

Harrow Estates is also acutely aware of the impact of other Health & Safety issues - including dust, noise and odours; and the company will endeavour to employ methods that reduce or eliminate these factors for workers and local residents alike.

Environmental Policy

Harrow Estates' environmental policies, including an emphasis on recycling and waste management, are given the highest priority throughout the development and redevelopment process, complying with (and often exceeding) current legislation. We demand the very highest standards from our teams and we expect nothing less from our partners.

Our strict code of conduct sets down a comprehensive portfolio of responsibilities to which all third parties must comply, thereby conforming to the high standards to which we work. We value our reputation and have worked hard to earn our place in the community, we’ll therefore only engage with partners who respect and protect the Harrow Estates name and share our values.
