• Outline planning permission for up to 369 homes on the 79 acre site was granted on appeal in December 2013.
• The scheme will provide a range of much needed market and affordable homes within walking distance of Hartford’s wide choice of local schools.
• New areas of public open space will be provided for the local community.
• Access to the Weaver Valley and Marshall’s Arm Nature Reserve will be improved.
