This 10 acre previously developed site is located to the south of Stafferton Way in the Berkshire town of Maidenhead.  The site historically formed part of the nearby Sewage Treatment Works and has most recently been used as a temporary “Park & Ride” car park.

The site benefits from a central location and its redevelopment offers an opportunity to facilitate the regeneration of the wider Stafferton Way area.  The site lies within walking distance of Maidenhead town centre and benefits from convenient access to excellent rail and road links to London and Reading.

• Full planning permission for 271 homes was granted by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in June 2015.
• The site’s redevelopment will support existing regeneration activities in the town centre and will make a valuable contribution towards meeting housing needs in the area.
• New homes will be delivered on an underused, previously developed Greenbelt site in a sustainable location within walking distance of Maidenhead Town Centre.
• A specialist contractor was appointed to undertake the necessary groundworks and preparation of the site for residential development.  This was successfully completed prior to site-sale.
