Sudbrook Mill

This 100 acre site was acquired within a challenging timescale by Harrow Estates in spring 2011 from St Regis PLC and included negotiations with Network Rail, an adjacent land owner.

 

The site, a former paper mill which has been redundant for a number of years, includes 34 acres of previously developed land, former plantation woodland, agricultural land and a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
