Permission granted for the redevelopment of Elmswell former factory

Harrow Estates has now received planning permission for the redevelopment of a former factory site located in the heart of Elmswell, Suffolk. 

Following a unanimous committee resolution to grant planning permission for the proposals last year, Harrow’s legal and planning teams have engaged positively with Mid Suffolk District Council’s officers and were very pleased to receive the decision notice earlier this week.

Mike Riding, Managing Director at Harrow Estates said: “We are delighted that planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of this redundant factory.  Our technical team will now look to undertake the necessary demolition and remediation works to prepare the site for residential development in the near future.
