Land East of Shifnal - Option and Promotion Agreement

We are pleased to announce that Harrow Estates have entered into an Option and Promotion Agreement for Land east of Shifnal, for a mixed-use scheme of residential and commercial development.

Harrow Estates will be working with Shropshire Borough Council and other stakeholders to deliver new homes and employment opportunities to the site which already comprises of an emerging housing allocation for 80 units and ­­­a 15 ha employment allocation.
