Barratt Redrow's first Habitat Bank

Harrow are pleased to share the acquisition of land at Drews Farm, Rowlands Castle.

Located in the South Downs National Park, the 171-acre greenfield site is expected to be Barratt Redrow’s first Habitat Bank. The scheme is anticipated to deliver 400 Biodiversity Net Gain Credits to the market (a mixture of Habitat, Hedgerow, and Watercourse Credits), and 1,400 Nutrient Neutrality Credits having the potential to offset c.1400 dwellings across the East Hampshire Rivers Catchment.

We look forward to assisting our internal divisions with mitigating their schemes, in addition to working with Third Party’s who may be interested in purchasing credits.
