We are pleased to share that on 04 March we secured a resolution to grant, from Chelmsford City Council, in collaboration with Bellway Homes and Moulsham Hall Estates for our site in Great Leighs.
Together, the scheme will deliver 750 new homes and include 35% affordable housing, 5% self-build, a new local centre, and an on-site primary school to support the development.
