We are pleased to share that on Thursday 13th March we received a positive decision for our Planning Appeal against Hinckley and Bosworth BC.
This decision will enable the delivery of 95 much needed dwellings within the Borough and incorporate a 35% affordable housing provision alongside significant areas of Public Open Space.
With an appeal hearing completed in less than a day, to receiving the decision just over 2 weeks later, we are delighted with the outcome, and hope it’s a sign of things to come.
