Harrow Estates has today received full planning permission for the development of the former sewage treatment works site in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
The planning application, which proposed the redevelopment of this vacant site to deliver 271 new homes, received the unanimous support of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Planning Committee only two months ago.
Mike Riding, Managing Director at Harrow Estates said: “We are really pleased that the team at Harrow and the Council’s officers have worked collaboratively to enable a decision to be issued in these timescales. The next stage will involve our technical team coordinating the necessary groundworks and preparing the site for delivery.”
