Harrow Estates has recently acquired circa 12 acres of open pasture land lying to the north of Warfield in Berkshire.
The land parcel forms part of a 2,200 unit strategic allocation in Bracknell Forest District Council’s adopted Core Strategy and was acquired from Stratland Management Limited (Savills Investment Management LLP) via Savills (UK) Ltd.
Discussions with respect to the site’s delivery have commenced with the Local Planning Authority, the adjacent landowners and Natural England.
